What can I expect from the event? The Unauthorized Hallmark(ish) Parody Musical flips festive clichés on their head. Expect carols, cookies, and complete Christmas chaos.

Does the show take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the show last? The show is 90minutes with no intermission.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Yes—please have a look at your ticket to confirm if food is included for you. Gluten-free and vegan options can be requested; for more information, please check your purchase confirmation email.
Is there a dress code? While there’s no strict dress code, we love seeing our guests embrace the holiday spirit! Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Can I take photos or record the show? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

ABOUT TICKETS

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple StoreOn the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do? We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This show allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance, pending availability. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Is there parking available? There is a local parking garage located under the building. The 506 TTC transit route goes directly to the venue as well.
Where is the experience taking place? The event will be held at The Royal Theater - Little Italy in Toronto.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the show? This is a seated show, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out.
Is there an age requirement? This parody musical is designed to bring holiday cheer and laughter for everyone! However, some humour may be more appropriate for ages 16 and up.
